To worship is to discover how to love God, each other and our world. We welcome you, your story and your gifts.

The celebration of the Holy Eucharist is the central focus of our life in Christ. Like so many people today, we long to become closer to God and to each other. When we come together to hear God's living Word and receive holy bread and wine, we discover that Christ truly lives among us.

The Spirit, we believe is molding us into a genuine community that seeks to share God's love in ever widening circles of welcome and service to others. To walk with Christ into the challenges of each new day is both our calling and our joy.

Our liturgies reflect diverse styles, embracing our Anglican legacy and the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer, while also welcoming fresh expressions of prayer and praise. Because our faith family reflects a variety of traditions, cultures and spiritual backgrounds, we enjoy blending tradition and contemporary styles of music.

Children play an important part in our worship. We learn from their candor and spiritual insight. We sometimes design special liturgies to creatively celebrate the feasts of the Church Year. Our youth and children enjoy guiding us through a child-friendly Way of the Cross, serving as the Liturgy of the Word.

For us, worship is about love. St. Paul says it plainly: The greatest of these is Love. We trust in God's promise to transform us and make us channels of peace, healers of brokenness, and laborers for a world of justice and hope.

Worship Ministers: Partners in Liturgy

There are many ways for you to be involved in our sacred drama. Below you will see a list of our ministries. When you find something that interests you, let us know!

Altar Guild is a "behind the scenes" ministry that prepares the sanctuary for regular worship, holy days and special liturgies such as funerals and weddings. Members also care for altar vestments, brass furnishings and liturgical garments. Open to men and women!

Altar Servers assist the Rector 'on the altar' as Acolytes, Chalice Bearers, Crucifers and Torch Bearers. Volunteers serve approximately one Sunday per month and sometimes on special holy days.

Lectors, Intercessors, Ushers

  • Lectors read the lessons each week.

  • Intercessors do the prayers of special intention each week.

  • Ushers greet those coming to the services and assist at the Offertory and during Communion.

Please come and worship with us! Your presence is our greatest joy.
